How To Cancel Paypal "Preapproved Payments"

Here at [NXG] all of our subscriptions are setup on a monthly or tri monthly subscription basis with those subscriptions being recurring at the end of each billing cycle. We understand that not everyone wants to have that type of subscription or that you just want to cancel your subscription period. Below is exactly how you do this through YOUR paypal account. Once you enter into a billing agreement with us it is YOUR responsibility should you ever want to cancel.


Go to your paypal account, click on "Profile", then click on "My Money", then find "My Preapproved Payments" and to the right of it click on "Update", inside that find your payment through us and just cancel it.

 

 

 

*UPDATE*

 

IF your using the new version of paypal then cancel pre approved payments like this.

 

Step 1: Log into your paypal account.

 

Step 2: Click the icon that looks like a gear in the top right corner (See pic below)

Step 3: At the bottom of the page you will see Payment Settings. Click preapproved payments (See pic below)

Step 4: Find the pre approved payment to this site and click on it, then cancel.
