Easy ways to fall asleep
or will at least help.
-Warm Milk: Always told this worked, when I tried it im not sure if it helped. Worth a try. Think its like, an old wives tale though.
-Tea : Its worth a try right? Just make sure it has no caffeine, that wouldnt be smart
-Honey : Apparently, some sort of Chemical/Nutrient in this will help you sleep.
-Melatonin : You know those melatonin pills? They will work almost every time.
-Workout : It might make you tired or get your heart pumping. Heard it can actually keep you awake.
-Boring Stuff : According to a 2003 study, the fastest way to make yourself sleepy is to do something boring.
-No Lights :Turning off the lights when trying to fall asleep releases the hormone called Melatonin, which helps you sleep.
Facts About Sleep:
-The average person falls asleep in 7 minutes.
-Ever woken up at exactly 6:00 on a weekend without setting your alarm? thats because of a hormone called adrenocorticotropin, this hormone is your natural alarm clock.
-The longest record of No-Sleep is 18 days, 21 hours, 40 minutes, the person who achieved this almost entered a coma.
-Your body releases more hormones in 5 hours of sleep then 48 hours of being awake.
-You are paralyzed while sleeping because of a hormone, people who lack this hormone tend to sleep-walk. People who overproduce this hormone sometimes cannot move upon awakening unless done by a loud noise.
-Looking at the sunrise actually wakes you up very quickly.
-The longest sleeping mammal is the Koala, with 22 hours a day.

-If you punch or kick while you sleep, you are known as a "Violent sleeper", and you have a 50% higher chance of getting Dementia as you grow older.
